Let’s answer your questions together.
Everything you may want to know before your first session: preparation, participation and what happens afterward.
Getting started
What can I do with Oyun Deposu?
Add interaction to your training with polls, word clouds, quizzes and experiential games. Review the group’s answers on the shared screen and use the results to guide discussion.
Do I need to belong to an organization?
No. You can start in your personal workspace. Later, you can create an organization or join one by invitation.
Can I use my own questions?
Yes. For interactions that support authoring, you can prepare your own questions and options. Ready-made experiential games keep their scenarios; you can adjust the settings they offer.
Can I start without preparation?
You can start by choosing games with ready-made content. If you want questions specific to your training topic, prepare them before the session.
Who can I contact about terms of use and organizational needs?
Use the contact page to tell us about your organization’s use case, participant numbers and needs.
Participation and devices
Do participants need to download an app or create an account?
No. Participants scan the QR code on the shared screen or enter a room code on the join page. They enter a display name and join from their browser.
Can I join from a device other than a phone?
Yes. You can open the join page and enter the room code on a tablet or computer with an internet connection and a browser.
Is an internet connection required?
Yes. The trainer, shared screen and participant devices need an internet connection for a live session. A quick test on your network before training is helpful.
Can I use it for remote training?
Yes. Share the shared screen through your video meeting tool. Participants connect in their own browsers using the room code.
What should I do if I cannot join with a room code?
Check that you entered the code correctly and the trainer has opened the session. Check your connection and try again; if the problem continues, tell your trainer.
Sessions and results
How are the shared screen and control screen separated?
Open the shared screen in a separate tab and project it. Participants see questions and results there while management tools remain on your control screen.
Do I decide when to show the results?
Yes. Collecting answers and showing results are separate steps. Once participants have made their choices, reveal the results and guide the discussion at your own pace.
What makes experiential games different?
They go beyond testing knowledge by putting participants in a decision-making situation. Discuss anchoring, framing or cooperation through choices and results.
Can I access results after the session?
Yes. Open session reports in your workspace and download results as CSV. Use this data when preparing future training.
Does sharing content also share participant answers?
Sharing a flow shares the training content. A trainer who runs a shared flow creates their own session; your participants’ answers are not transferred with the content.
Turn training into a game,
the game into an experience.
Choose a game, invite participants and make room for learning.
